At The Jungle Book, we strive to provide our guests with a memorable and enjoyable experience in the wilderness of Jim Corbett National Park. Here are our terms and conditions:

1. Reservation Policy: To make a reservation, we require a full payment in advance. This payment is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation, including for reasons beyond the control of the guest.

2. Check-In/Check-Out Policy: Check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may be chargeable.

3. Room Occupancy Policy: Our room rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests may be accommodated in certain rooms for an additional charge.

4. Children Policy: Children under 5 years of age stay free of charge. Children aged 5 years and above are considered adults and are subject to the full room rate.

5. Wildlife Safari Policy: Our wildlife safaris are subject to the rules and regulations of the Jim Corbett National Park. We do not guarantee the sighting of any particular animal, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a safari in case of inclement weather or other unforeseeable circumstances.

6. Liability Policy: The Jungle Book is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or injuries sustained by guests during their stay. Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions and to comply with the safety rules and regulations of the lodge.

7. Non-Refundable Policy: In the event of any cancellation, including for reasons beyond the control of the guest, we do not offer any refunds.

8. While staying at The Jungle Book, guests may encounter wildlife including, but not limited to, wild animals and snakes. Guests are advised to take necessary precautions to ensure their own safety and to comply with the instructions of the lodge’s staff. The Jungle Book is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss caused by wildlife, including but not limited to animal attacks, snake bites, or any other incidents. Guests assume full responsibility for their own safety and well-being during their stay at The Jungle Book.

9. Parking at the resort would be at risk to vehicle owners. The Jungle Book Corbett is not responsible for any losses or damages to the vehicle.
